Located on a rolling parklands site, the roofing design gesture of a dynamic undulating mountain roofline drives the provision of natural light deep into the interior, while the aesthetic strengthens a sense of identity & branding for the council offices to the nearby township.

Extensive stakeholder engagement with Council staff determined the need for contemporary office solutions that includes flexi-spaces, hot desking, biophilic design & open collaborative work areas. The project successfully incorporates numerous Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) strategies, demonstrating council’s commitment, ethos & central role in steering the community towards sustainable futures.

The highly successful project was achieved within tight budgetary constraints while delivering an inspiring, sustainable and sensory office environment that promotes community & staff well-being.
